Free Music Review: A Very Nice Album
Hit: 5 Stars

Stone Sour is Corey Taylor's project, who is the singer of the popular metal group Slipknot. It shows a different side to Corey Taylor with it's piano intro on "Zzyzx Road" that goes into a sort of power ballad, which is nothing you would expect from the Slipknot singer.

This is Stone Sour's second release. The other difference to the Slipknot sound is in Corey Taylor's vocals. The metal maniac sings more than shouts the lyrics, like he use to with previous releases. Fellow band member/guitarist James Root adds to this Stone Sour album. I like the way it sounds like he had fun making this album.

Free Music Review: Great sound
Hit: 5 Stars

This is a great CD with a fantastic start in 30/30-150. I saw them live opening for Disturbed, and fell in love right there.

Free Music Review: What a great band
Hit: 5 Stars

A really cool band, I actually like more than Slip....I also don't think people really know how heavy this band can be when they feel like it...which is why I dig the CD's so much...variety, mood high's and lows....the cd really flows and nothing starts to sound the same. I also highly recomend the new Fozzy All That Remains Reloaded CD/DVD for Stone Sour Fans....you can thank me later!

Free Music Review: hard rock metal!
Hit: 4 Stars

Yeah i agree 5 stars is a must own cd but this one is 3.8 stars in my mind it's pretty kicks a** tough.Their first album sucked but this one is heavier and much better the slow songs are kind of okay but the fast ones are awesome they are hard rock and metal and i agree. The fast songs are more metal and the slow ones are hard rock but probably you would called the screaming metal.Anyway this is a good album to check out it's not a must own but it's pretty good to check out i recommend it.

Free Music Review: A good follow up to mad corey taylor and cos debut album
Hit: 4 Stars

some fantastic songs consisting again, whilst like both albums, the last few songs start to get boring

nevertheless some brilliant metal songs which keep the band unique
