This album is a very well produced attempt by Summoning to break away from their well established connection with Tolkien(the main reason I started listening to them), so if you're looking for something which is in tune with Middle-Earth, look elsewhere; this album is based upon the poetry of Robert Frost. The album is about the same as their others instrumentally, but the lyrics(my main concern) derive wildly from their previous masterpieces. Good attempt, Summoning, but at this point your most loyal fanbase is made up of Tolkienites. Don't ruin it.
