I had never heard of Susan Tedeschi until a guy I used to be involved with introduced me to her music. Since then I have bought three of her CDs because I enjoy her voice and musicianship very much. The best songs on here, to me, are the title song, plus "I Don't Want Nobody" and "It Hurts Me Too." With material from all her earlier CDs and a Sly and Family Stone cover not previously available, this serves as a live greatest hits or best of. I've seen her a few times live and this is very represenataive of her concert work also. The guitar work is fine but you can see the later material is emphasizing her vocals more than her playing.Free Music Review: Go Girl!

Susan fans must buy this CD! a lot of the same songs as her others, but LIVE. live is always nice. i saw Susan in concert, and she rocked. blues meets rock meets jazz, and a lot of personality too. i turn it up loud and boogie. my hubby, Norman, laughes when i dance around the living room, but life is too short to worry!Free Music Review: Susan Tedeschi-live from Austin

Seeing is better than just hearing; get the DVD version of this and see her blow away the blues. Her speaking voice is deceiving of her singing voice but style and skill all the way.
She is another pioneer woman in the blues world and has proven herself skilled and talented.
A must "see".....

This is a fabulous CD of some of Susan's best songs! GREAT music with GREAT vocals as well as GREAT "jammin"!!! When you play it in your car, play it loud with the windows down to really appreciate it!!!! You'll be "jammin", too!!
