This CD of traditional chidren's songs has an entertaining up to date sound. The new renditions of old songs make singing along fun for all ages. The quality of the musicians and of the CD is excellent.
I play the Cd in my car when I am transporting my grandchildren. We all sing as we drive along.

I got this CD as a gift when I was 8 months pregnant, and played it for my son, with big head phones on my belly!! Then when he was born I played it in the Nursery all the time. He is now 4 1/2 months old.
This CD is so well done, I can't say enough great things about it. Her voice is so beautiful and the children that sing on the CD are great too!! I dont buy other CD's often, and when I do, I get disapointed because they arent NEARLY as fabulous as this CD! If I were you, I wouldnt hesatate to get this. I got it for my two girlfriends and there kids are both 4 years old and they love it.

My son and I both love listening to this CD! I have been looking for a collection of childrens' songs that my 21 month old son and I can both enjoy, and this certainly fits the bill. I love her arrangements of familiar favorites, especially the foot-tapping Buffalo Gals and The Ant Go Marching. Highly recommended! Free Music Review: Practical and Fun!

After a long and disappointing search for a collection of childhood songs, I've finally found one that every one in my famiy loves. It is Susie Tallman's CD, Children's Songs. I'm pleased to report that this CD is both fun and very practical. For the last four days, we've tirelessly listened to this collection of short, well-composed, and well-preformed songs in our family car, home and bedroom. It's exactly what my wife and I were looking for. -Thank you MS. Tallman.

Susie Tallman's cds are wonderful for both parent and child. She has managed to take traditional children's songs and arrange them in new, fun, hip ways that appeal to children AND the parents that get to listen to the songs over and over and over again! We started listening to this CD when my son was just a couple weeks old, and now, at 3 months, he recognizes his favorite songs and kicks and scoots around while listening. I highly recommend this CD!
