World War II truly was a dark chapter in our history. In the movie "Swing Kids", a new aspect of life in Germany under Hitler during this time period is brought to life. And, as we all know, music can be the difference between an average movie and a really great one. "Swing Kids" is an excellent movie about a large group of young people who refuse to join Hitler's regime. It is made even better by the music on this soundtrack. This is a must have for jazz listeners of all types!
