I loved this movie, and had been looking for the CD for year before I was finally able to find it. The soundtack was filled with the best of old- swing, several of which you are starting to hear coming back to the radio. It also had songs, of classical soundtrack variation, that are bittersweet and stir up the soul who remembers every place the song played in that movie. I think that the person unfamillair to the movie would like this CD too, but I sincerely suggest that they watch it.Free Music Review: Bei Mir Bist Du Schon means this is grand!

I just received this soundtrack in the mail today (straight from Amazon, thanks!) and already I love it. I'm an avid swing fan, and I just adore this music. I have to say that the James Horner tracks are rather depressing against the great swing, but that's why we can skip tracks! My favorite song is "Bei Mir Bist Du Schon". I'm singing it already! If there were a rating higher that 5 stars, than I'd have that for this review! If you loved the movie, you'll love the music!Free Music Review: supermurgatroid dancin'!

this one is a must for any teen looking or rather hearing to satisfy that swing feeling inside. "Sing, with a swing" has a state of the art sound, without any hiss or tinks. all the swing tracks will have you "jumpin' in da house" there are several songs that aren't swing and that's a pity but "shout and feel it" and the rest swing hits make up for the boring, dull, slow tracks. overall it's a great buy with great sound and groove.Free Music Review: Excellent Swing Music!

This sountrack is an excellent collection of some of the best big band swing music! I love it! Great songs like Sing, Sing, Sing and Bei Mir Bist Du Schon. There are only a couple songs by James Horner and the original movie soundtrack. So don't buy this if you are expecting the original soundtrack. But the swing in it is excellent. Though some of the songs have some bad sound quality, they are really old recordings and cannot be qualified much more. Great songs!Free Music Review: Swing Kids Soundtrack

This is an amazing soundtrack for a comparably amazing movie! The tunes are fast and a lot of fun, featuring the music of Benny Goodman and other greats (while also blending in slow, beautifully sober tunes for a great variation). If a great collection of Swing is what you are looking for, you must try this soundtrack! It will definitely get you dancing! And if you haven't seen the movie - you must. The message stays with you long after the music ends...
