Free Music Review: I would'nt recommend stealing it but...

I've been a SOAD fan since I first heard Chop Suey blaring through my headphones on the radio. I had heard Spiders long before but I was'nt mmature enough to understand it. I've said before, this band has everything they need to stay on the top of a world of posers and wannabes. The lyrics are smart and political, and occasionally funny. Even if this isn't your type of music you'll find one song you'll melodically, lyrically, musically, or all three love. Whether it's the hard riffing of A.D.D. or Daron's soft acoustic work on Roullette, you've got to like it. Singer Serj has a raunchy original armenian voice that is sure to keep you listening. Daron's guitar style is almost devine, with downtuned palm muted power chords and how easily he can switch from hard rock to metal and to soft acoustic playing.Chic 'N' Stu-I hate this song, nothing about it really gets me excited
Innervision-Great hard rocker, just like the above goes from hard rock to acoustic playing
Bubbles-It was always my favourite, wierd and heavy
Boom-Its a great hard rock song but I don't like it as much since the video came out. Go George Bush!
Nuguns-Really wierd, and i mean wierd, but awesome
A.D.D.-Another one of my favourites, hard rocking intro, once again go George Bush.
Mr.Jack-Possibly about authority another great song with an unusual begining.
IEAIAIO-I didn't apreciate it at first, and I still dont like it tht much, fun to sing though. REALLY FUN.
36-What the f**k?
Pictures-Its average until the bridge, then it get incredible, GO DARON!
hIGHWAY sONG-A slow number with hints of rock. Sweet and wierd chorus.Catchy.
F**k the system-Not that great but it's still good.
Ego Brain-This song will take you away, beautiful verse, rock out chorus
Thetawaves-Another awesome song, one after another, wierd solo.
Roullete- Great all acoustic number.
Streamline-A great song, Incredible solo, but i hate it so much because it's the end of the best cd ever (in my humble opinion)
Free Music Review: System of a Down rocks on!

System of a Down will never fail me. Another fantastic CD. The last SOAD CD, "Toxicity", focused on the point of drugs, espiacially in "Prison Song". Now SOAD reflects on political issues, but not really supporting them... Here's a quick synopsis:1-Chick N' Stu- SOAD resorts to craziness in their opening song for "Steal This Album". Awesome. 9/10
2-Innervision- Their first single of this album. What a great pick! Somethnig about re-inventing a bicycle... 9/10
3-Bubbles- The first political song on the CD. not one ofmy favorites, but still good. 6/10
4-BOOM!- The second political song. Really packs a BOOM! 8/10
5-Nuguns- What a nugun is, I will never know. But a good song. 8/10
6-A.D.D- Another political song. My favorite though, good catchy tune. 10/10
7-Mr. Jack- Great instrumental in the biginning. It just goes uphill from there. 8/10
8-I-E-A-I-A-I-O- Another slightly political song. Their second single of this CD. The chorus reminds me of African voodoo hymns. 9/10
9-36- WAY TOO SHORT! 7/10
10-Pictures-Great Guitarring Dave! Keep it up! 8/10
11-The Highway Song- Slow verses and fast chorus. Good verses and fast chorus. Good song. Great song. Tremendous. 10/10
12-F**k The System- This song itself should be worth a parental advisory label! What was going through their heads when they wrote this song? 7/10
13-Ego Brain- Awesome good tempo song. Kind of relieves the pressure of the last song. 8/10
14-Thetawaves- A lot like Toxicity's Deer Dance. And I LOVE Deer Dance. 9/10
15-Roulette- The slowest song SOAD ever made perhaps, but it really gets in your head after a while. 7/10
16-Streamline- KABANG! A killer ending to a killer CD! Bring on Number 4! 9/10
Well, there you have it. Gobuy this Cd! If you like KoRn, Taproot, MuDvAyNe, and maybe even Rancid, you will LOVE this CD, I gauruntee it. Even if you don't like those bands, you will love this CD! Go buy it now!

Free Music Review: Gotta love those hackers!

Thanks to a few hackers hacking into the SOAD database and releasing some Toxicity outakes into the internet mainstream we recieve a new System "ablum" (not really just a coplication of some Toxicity outakes and old unrelesed stuff). The album is phenominal. It flows together greatly just seeming like one huge ongoing song lasting the entire album length.Chic 'N' Stu-a hilarious pure metal song with Serj and Daron
barking pizza ingredients
Innervision-A song with start-stop rhythms and great lyrics
Bubbles-with rhythms like in Innervision it's about the power
struggle. Includes Daron with background vocals
sounding like a Mexican. LOL!
Boom!-Proves that SOAD can take the place of Rage in the
political rock category
Nüguns-great song talking about oppression and includes an
Armenian instrumental solo
A.D.D.-another great political anthem pulled together by SOAD.
Mr. Jack-a mello rock fest about...guess who?...Jack!
I-E-A-I-A-I-O-a great song revolved around the tongue twister
"Peter Piper".
36-a short and sweet 46 seconds that flows into Pictures
Pictures-metal fest where the band breaks into a drum roll
chicken sqwacking combo solo.
Highway Song-a great mello song like Aerials but much better.
F*ck The System-with great and crazy lyrics and sounds by Serj.
Basically about the system "screwing" you and
you "screwing" it back.
Ego Brain-great guitar work with some synths. vey mello. the
best song on the album.
Thetawaves-a crazy... ... mello mosh tune with political
influences.
Roulette-the closest SOAD comes to a love ballad. it was first
before there sel-titled debut. a great song
Streamline-from the Scorpion King soundtrack. great crazy
riffs.
Overall SOAD puts out another great "album".

i love this album!!! because u all like it, i will do a song-by- song review :-) Chic n Stu- 8/10 This song is really funny! I like the part where Serj is like 'Pepporonni, onion, peppers, mushrooms, olives, chive.' Very nice.
Innerision- 7/10 This is a very good song, will possibly be the next single. Has a very strong meaning.
Bubbles- 5/10 I don't like this one much, highly forgettable
Boom!- 9/10 I love Serj's trance-like voice in this one. It is about how too much American money is spent on explosives. Sad but true.
Nuguns- 6/10 I love the intro. The rest of the song...is worth a 4.
A.D.D.- 9/10 I love this song!!!! it has a very true meaning. It stands for American Dream Denial. It is somewhat sad.
Mr. Jack- THIS SONG IS SO COOL! This is my favorite SOAD song of all time. I like the riff that goes throughout the whole song but gradually gets faster. It is a complaint against police. Too much swearing at the end.
I-E-A-I-A-I-O- 7/10- Funny song with very fast-paced singing. There is one line about Jimmy Carter and fighter pilots. I bet Serj was high when he wrote this.
36- 3/10 Filler. Has a weird nursery rhyme feel to it...
Pictures- 2/10 This is the only problem here. I really dont like this, Serj put no thought into it when it was wrote! At least the rest are better than this.
Highway Song- 7/10 Blends into Pictures really well. I thought it was still pictures the first time i heard it! other than that, no comment.
F*ck The System- 8/10 Another anti-war song. Full of swears, very unpredictable.
Ego Brain- 10/10 Very well put together. This is the kind of System i like. I love the acoustic part at the beginning.
Thetawaves- 7/10 No comment.
Roulette- 1/10 A different side of SOAD, not one i like. Sorry, Serj!
Streamline- 8/10 A very strong closer about Serj's girlfriend leaving him.
Overall, this album is AWESOME!!!!!

1) Chic N' Stu- 8/10 (About the eating problems in america, Chic and Stu are i think football reporters, also one of the most comercialized songs, but what are you gunna do)
2) Innervision- 9/10 (One of my favorites, i think its about the out of body experience... the other day her name was jesus... whoops wrong song)
3) Bubbles- 10/10 (My favorite, really upbeat and catchy)
4) Boom!- 8/10 (MMM i dont know about this one, really political and a hit in the mainstream, but its a good song)
5) Nuguns- 5/10 (Not much to say here, but its a pretty slow song, not really SOAD if you ask me)
6) ADD- 10/10 (Another one of my favorites, about the war and how lies spread throughout the myth we call war)
7) Mr. Jack- 9/10 (A great song, up beat and i think its about a guy who kills people, and at the end gets caught by the cops)
8) I-E-A-I-A-I-O- 9/10 (Ironic lyrics in comparing modern day problems, another good one,

10) Pictures-8/10 (I like it, its a pretty good song, just preview it for yourself)

12) F**k the System!- 8/10 (I listen to this one all the time when i am mad, it lets me ease alittle)
13) Ego Brain- 9/10 (I love this song, preview it above)
14) Thetawaves- 8/10 (I really like this song, other people thing this song sucks, but i cant deny what my heart tells me :P)
15) Roulette- 9/10 (I love this song too, its a great acoustic song and a great song to fall asleep to or just to plain enjoy)
16) Streamline- 6/10 (MMM i dont listen to this one much, so i will have to say preview it above yourself.)
