Politically driven to get a message to the people of the world to WAKE UP, time is short, and life needs no time-wasters.
The message that Violence and Hatred are the HUMAN RACE's biggest downfalls, and lowest forms of energy to be emmited by all.
And that coruption and underhanded deals are what run the day to day operations in all countries, and it is high time that we stand up as people and command the governments to provide to all as equals, and not segrigate society into classes, religions, colors or even races...(including america...)
The music is hard hitting and heavy, with elements of old metal (slayer, Sepultura) and some elements of opratic rock (the who) and a completely individual thing that make their sound a trademark for this band.
Reigning from ARMENIA, these guys have seen genocide being committed first hand, by the american government in turkey, which actually started as early as 1915.
And so have a very strong view on the way things are really done behind closed doors, away from public eyes. And this view comes across strong in the lyrics of singer SERJ TANKIAN, as well as the music written by guitarist DARON MALAKIAN and Bassist SHAVO ODADJIAN.
And we cant forget to mention the tension building drummer JOHN DOLMAYAN, who creates many moments in this album that could not exist without him

with 13 songs between 1.5 mins and 4,5 mins long, this is the debut album of the century for the 1900's.
To be able to tour the world for 4.5 years on one release is incredable. Especially when you cant release the songs on the mainstream radio networks world wide.

After five years , this album still remains a fave, and gets constant flogging in my cd player....
a must for the lover of something fresh and new.
