I AM NOT A CURRENT TLC FAN, BUT I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT 'OOH ON THE TLC TIP' IS THE BEST CD TLC HAS PUT OUT. DO NOT THINK THAT THERE LATEST WORK IS ANYTHING LIKE THIS- THIS ALBUM WAS MADE WHEN TLC WAS MAKING GOOD DANCE MUSIC IN THE EARLY 90'S . I BOUGHT THIS TAPE WHEN IT CAME OUT (I WAS IN SIXTH GRADE) AND I JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT THE CD TO RELIVE THE CLASSICS LIKE 'AIN'T TO PROUD TO BEG','BABY BABY BABY' AND BY FAR THE BEST 'WHAT ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS'. I loved this album! I like their new release, Fan Mail, but I think their first album is still my favorite. I love "Das Da Way We Like 'Em", "What About Your Friends" and "Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg"! They were way ahead of their time and showed that independence and being comfortable with your sexuality is ok! And they're so cute, and hey -- smart cuz they promote SAFE SEX! This was the last of TLC's CDs that I bought, and it's also my favourite. Although I was reluctant at first, I quickly began to love the CD. Even the filler ("Somethin' You Wanna Know") is great. For those of you who are not a big fan of ballads, "Ooooooohhh... on the TLC Tip" is well-worth the money.Favourite songs:

OOOOh on THE TLC tip was a good cd. Songs such as His story, Baby baby Baby, What about Your Friends, I aint 2 Proud 2 beg are memorable. I didnt like the album much when I first got it but it grew on me. I love it now. This is TLC's most hip-hop album. The singles released were the only songs with pop appeal. Something you wanna know is one of the best tracks on here. This cd was the beginning of a group that was here to stay. Go TLC!Free Music Review: R.I.P. LEFT EYE

AFTER TEN YEARS THIS ALBUM STILL FINDS IT'S WAY INTO MY CD PLAYER ON A REGULAR BASES. FAVORITES ON T L C's DEBUT ALBUM ARE... HAT 2 DA BACK, WHAT ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS, HIS STORY, BABY BABY BABY, and DEPEND ON MYSELF. THE GIRLS HAVE MATURED ALOT SINCE THIS ALBUM. IT'S GOING TO BE HARD FOR TLC TO FILL LEFT EYE'S SHOES. HOWEVER I HOPE T-BOZ AND CHILI CONTINUE TO MAKE MUSIC, AND DEDICATE THEY'RE NEXT ALBUM TO HER.
