What can I say but that both my wife and I have seen the movie the sound track comes from at least four times- one of those times at our local community college where it was hosted by Tango aficionados. We loved the motion picture and we definitely loved Lalo Schiffrin's soundtrack. I remember him from the sixties when he scored TV shows like Mission Impossible and Mannix. I suppose he returned to his native Argentina where he created this passionate music for the Spanish director Carlos Saura. Free Music Review: Classical tango in a modern way

The music on this CD is to large extent classical pieces, but with a fresh interpretation. You also find fine, melodious pieces composed for the movie. Sound-tracking the movie with the same title, the music is absolutely danceable! I got this cd few days ago, the music is amazing. Actually, this is my first tango music album,after I watching this film. I love all the music inside. Free Music Review: A+ music but the CD case is cracked.

I should have saved $4 by buying it used. Then I would have expected a cracked CD case. Why is there no quality control for CD cases. It is a shame because the music is fabulous. Free Music Review: Great CD

This is the first Tango CD I have purchased. The movie is great and the soundtrack is great! Everyone that has listened to it has bought it! We use it regularly at our Argentine Tango lessons.
