It's different than Underoath for sure, but that is to be expected from a one man band. Aaron Gillespie did almost everything on this record himself, so in that regard the CD is amazing. In general, I love it and I hope he continues on in both Underoath and The Almost. Despite a previous review, I find Southern Weather's lyrics to be on par or better than most out there right now. "If my faults are your song, then I will not be content to sing along." These are the words of a man who wants to make life better and I'm all for that.
