Great singles at the beginning but the best part is the string of songs from You Never Give Me Your Money to The End. Her Majesty is a cute little song but out of place after The End.
I had a burned copy of this album for years but had to get the original so I could hear side two with any breaks. Great album.

I was a little scared about buying this cd because i didnt know if i was going to like it or not. But, after listening to it i found that it ranks among my favorite cds in my collection. I especially like Ringo's Octopus' Garden. Its a very up beat and happy song. The Fab Four are very much in sync with each other on this album. Now, there are a few songs on the album that i believe are not up to par with the rest of the songs...but its just my opinion. If found this album to be very enjoyable and i believe you will too.Free Music Review: A strong but sad finish.

After listening thru all of this disc for the first time in many, many years two things came to mind: I could hear the Beatles coming apart, and Paul McCartney was in control. The songcraft for nearly all these fabulous tracks is remarkable, as each member of the band displayed their deep talents, and the joy of making music. But many of the songs can clearly be tagged as a 'John Lennon' song, or a 'George Harrison', and especially a 'Paul' song. His sound and touch and are all over this recording.
So listening to Abbey Road, for me at least, is both a joyous and sad experience. The band was history.

Not only is this one of the best albums of all time, by one of the (if not THE) best bands of all time, I defy anyone to name a better album side (by ANY artist) than the B side of Abbey Road. This album was a favorite of mine growing up and here I am at 38 and it is still a favorite. Classic.
