Unsure of what to expect (having never really listened to the Beatle's besides '1'), this CD is fantastic. Every song is enjoyable, and I find myself just keeping it on repeat. Mono is where it is at. I now realize why this album is a masterpiece. Stereo doesn't compare on most of the songs. You have to hear Sgt. Pepper in mono and Lucy in the sky with diamonds among others. It's a shame it's limited release. There are different mixes and takes.Free Music Review: rip off

these cd's were for a gift. I had to pay £11.50 "insurance and freight" and then another £12.74 in customs duty. This meant that each cd actually cost me £21.00 and I could have bought them much more cheaply in the HMV store. I just want to say that this is one of the most brilliant works of mankind, and for people to give it a one star review because they can't get the cd to play on their computer are complete jerks and morons.

Nobody could or would ever come close to the Beatles... except the Beatles' alter ego band. This is a must have for any Beatles or 60's collection, or even just a first Beatles cd.
