The Blues Brothers are awsome! From their black suits and cool shades to rocking with Aretha Franklin in a diner, this CD has all you ever wanted in a blues masterpiece. The movie was one of the funniest ever also. I think Belushie and Akroid are the best pair of blues singers on earth (sorry Aretha). You wont be able to get these toons out of your head. After watching the movie, I just HAD to purchase this album. I was not at all disappionted. All the songs on here are superb. You need to have seen the movie to understand why they would have put the theme from Rawhide on there. All in all, this is my all time favorite soundtrack ever.Free Music Review: A Film w/ No Equal

Simply put, this has no equal. The film had no real plot, but the music, oh my gawd the music!The movie has boats o' quotes you can forget. "We have a full tank of gas. Its 108 miles to Chicago. It is dark, and we're wearing sun glasses. Hit it." Put simply, the life and vitality of the music makes this movie a classic.
If you're a movie fan, you have to have this soundtrack.
