Free Music Notes for The Bottle Let Me Down: Songs for Bumpy Wagon Rides

Free Music Review: Good CD
Hit: 4 Stars

There are some fantastic songs on this CD and others that aren't quite to our taste. All in all it's a good CD and since there are so many fun songs, we just skip the one or two we don't care for.

Overall- it's nice to have a kids CD that I can listen to without pulling my hair out!

Free Music Review: Great for adults, and older kids
Hit: 4 Stars

This album has some really fun songs on it, and on a recent road trip from TX to GA our 14mo seemed to enjoy it! We liked it a lot, too. Give it a listen before you buy!

Free Music Review: OK album -- kid on cover the best part.
Hit: 3 Stars

This is a nice record. Nothing brilliant, but nothing awful either. I have to say, though, the cover is just plain swell and the kid pictured has a future in acting. He's all attitude at a very early age.

Free Music Review: Maybe I've turned into a prude...
Hit: 1 Stars

Am I the only one who doesn't think a song about a pedophile (Godfrey) is cool or cute on a children's record? This album has some real gems on it, and I will admit to chuckling the first time I heard Robbie Fulks sing "Godfrey." (I sometimes laugh at South Park, too, but not with my toddler in the room.) I have to ask all the other reviewers, as well as the folks at Amazon, what does it say about us that we find songs suggestive about pedophelia cool, hip and appropriate for our kids? If my objection makes me a prude, then that's a badge I will wear with honor.

Free Music Review: Absolutely horrible.
Hit: 1 Stars

Easily the worst CD I've had the misfortune to hear. As if the whiny song about turning ten and "candy doesn't taste good anymore" (that seems to go on for 3 hours) wasn't bad enough, you get the song about a cat dying. But both of those pale in comparison with the song praising a pedophile.

This is an utterly sick collection. Don't even buy it for someone you hate. The people involved don't deserve to gain any money from this thing.
