Free Music Review: It's worth it

If you already own this CD, it is not worth re-buying this album. If you don't own this album, this is by far a good deal.
I personally like extra content, just for that fact that I'm getting more for my money. And since this dual disc set is selling for $8 while it's single disc compatriot is selling for $10, it is definitely a good deal.
I like the second disc, but honestly, it wouldn't even matter if the second disc blew dog chunks. The reason: I'm not paying any extra for it. It's like bonus content on a DVD, while you may only watch it once, it's nice to know it's there. Similarly, even if you only listen to the bonus disc once, you didn't pay any extra for it, so who cares.
I've also found that the bonus disc is better when you listen to the songs as a whole. If you just listen to the songs for the first 30 seconds to see how they differ from the originals you won't like them. Most of the tracks are not that interesting at the beginning, but have cool parts halfway through the song, or nearer the end. So give it a try.
Also, the original album is great. I like it as least as much as their self-titled album.
So in summation: don't re-buy the album if you already own it unless you've given the remixes a listen and really love them. If you don't own the album already and like the bravery, then you should buy it, because it's good.

Disc One was produced and mixed by two-time Grammy Award winner Brendan O'Brien, best known for his work with Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine, Stone Temple Pilots, Neil Young, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and other multi-platinum acts.
