I began to use the Sleep Solutions CD during a very stressful stage of my life. I was having a hard time going to sleep and even worse, couldn't go back to sleep if I woke up in the middle of the night. This CD guided me through that difficult time and I am forever grateful to Roberta Shapiro. Her relaxation techniques are wonderful, her voice is soothing & gentle, and the result is a great night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this CD to anyone who is having difficulty falling asleep or who wakes up in the middle of the night.Free Music Review: worked for me

I have had such a difficult time sleeping and not only has this completly taken care of the problem but I am having incredibly restful sleeps. I actually recommend it to everyone not only those suffering from insomnia!!
