This CD really helped me to sleep. I have problems flying, as well as sleeping and functioning the days before my flights. This CD just relaxed me and allowed me to carry on as normal.
A full night's sleep is not guaranteed with this CD but I'd be very surprised if you didn't feel refreshed and peaceful when you wake up after hearing this CD.

how long did i wait for this? tooo long! there's nothing worse than waking up 3 hours after you fall asleep and not being able to go back to sleep. my friend recommended this cd and i am thrilled. i keep it near my pillow and before i have a chance to "wake up" completely i pop the earplugs in and i'm sleeping befor i know it!Free Music Review: VERY good, HIGHLY recommended

This is awesome! Usually I lay awake and worry about all the things I have on my mind but this cd has taught me how to turn off or brush away the worries. When I turn my mind off I always fall asleep. I love both the hypnosis and the meditation.They are amazing to learn. I feel very gratefu!
