I love these people who say they love music for it's purity and then turn around and say that The Drifters are outdated. Actually, I don't know anyone who does that... because it's impossible to say anything bad about this band or this CD. What you hear on this CD is only music at it's best. It sounds just as good today as it did for me 30 years ago when I was 5 and my dad put on The Drifters every Sunday. Just the same, my 5 year old loves this music too. You simply can't go wrong with The Drifters. This is one of those albums where every song is great and your favorite keeps flipping around to different songs. Eventually you just decide that they are all the best and stop debating it in your head. Put this on after a dinner date. Dim the lights, sit on the couch, throw on a little "Save The Last Dance For Me" or "This Magic Moment"... and make a baby with the woman you love! This music is about everything that is right and good in this world.
