I saw this show (with the original cast) live and it was just so much fun! Usually, Sutton Foster's champagne-bubble energy buoys up whatever she's in, but this cast shares her hyperactivity and her enthusiasm and it really shows- they truly are an ensemble. Warning: the show has almost no plot, it's just for people who want pure escapism, good singing and dancing and old-fashioned slapstick humor! If you missed it live, definitely get the soundtrack. This show has got to be one of the most clever shows to come along in years. Very funny and the score is extremely entertaining. A real piece of Broadway fluff that will keep you humming.
