This is a beautiful soundtrack, full of lovely subtleties. The best thing about it, though, is that you can listen to it all the way through and it's very relaxing and consistent; no strange "bad guy" music to skip. I recommend it to listeners who have also enjoyed music from movies such as Little Women, Pride and Prejudice, Tuck Everlasting, etc.Free Music Review: Truly a perfect score

It's rare for a romantic comedy to have a score- but Hans Zimmer is at his finest here. The music in the movie fits so well, and is overwhelming. It really makes you "feel" the movie and what the character is going through. The movie goes from up beat to somber, and sometimes all within one tune.
The music is truly beautiful!

Zimmer is back again. And he is sounding better and better. This is a very enjoyable soundtrack, that is worth listening from start to finish. I haven't seen the movie yet but, judging by the music, it shoul be an interesting one. The best 2006 Zimmer soundtrack after The Da Vinci Code. Go buy this soundtrack. It is true, that this score is quite different from Hans Zimmer other scores, and I have to remind myself that Hans Zimmer really did this score. And, what can I say? I really love this song!! This was a great product! Not the type of soundtrack I expected but very well enjoyable! It is a beautiful orchestra type soundtrack that is VERY relaxing.. I think that The Holiday should also have a soundtrack of the regular sounds in it because there are some excellent ones as well!
