Free Music Notes for The Life Aquatic with Steve ZissouFree Music Review: Staralfur? Hit: 5 Stars
What an amazing film, soundtrack. Bowie's words move the film from scene to scene through one voice or another. Amazing, truely. As to why the beautiful Icelandic ballad, Staralfur was relieved from being the final track on this masterpiece of a compilation, is beyond my knowledge and reason. Yet, Bowie maintain the true emotion and meaning held so tightly by this film and it's creators. 5 stars none the less.
Free Music Review: wes anderson can't do any wrong. Hit: 5 Stars
like every other wes anderson film, the life aquatic has a spectacular soundtrack. I love the seu jorge songs on this CD...also the zombies and david bowie track are awesome. I also thought the sigur ros song would be included on the soundtrack, but I'm glad it wasn't added. The songs on this soundtrack flow so well, and it has a really good feel. Anyways, please pick up this soundtrack, it's great.
Free Music Review: goes well with the Lisa Gerrard soundtracks Hit: 5 Stars
a crowning jewel in the realm of movie soundtracks. I was mesmerized by the beautiful scenery of this film and completely taken aback by the gorgeous renditions of Bowie's finest, as well the miscellaneous others. It took a genius listening ear to put this amazing collection together and know that it would elevate the entire film to majestic heights!

Free Music Review: Bill Murry........if you like him, you'll love this! Hit: 5 Stars
If you like Bill Murray like I do, you will get a big kick out of this almost irreverent spoof of my childhood idol Jacques Cousteau.
I have a feeling that the whole cast, crew, writers, and production team (the Andersons) have a thing for Cousteau like I do. That's why it works like it does.
