The Mamas & the Papas - Greatest Hits I was looking for a particular song by this group, "California Dreamin'", and am pleased with the rendition on this disc. It's a good quality recording, including 20 of their songs. Two others included are "Monday, Monday", "Dream a Little Dream of Me". I was so looking forward to receiving this cd and going back, in fine baby boomer fashion, to the 60's. Well, what a disappointment. The songs are just fine and did indeed bring back fond memories, but the quality is horrible. If this thing was remastered, it was done very poorly. They were so good. It lasted only for a short time but the music will last forever. "California Dreamin'" is my favorite song but so many on here are really great. "Monday, Monday" and "Twelve Thirty (Young Girls Are Coming To the Canyon) are more favorites of mine. A great purchase that I am glad I made.
