Jonathan Richman's Modern Lovers were a rock band ahead of their time. Predating "alternative" they created an album that many have covered, but few have actually heard. From the anthem of the power of rock and roll on a lonely night, entitled Road Runner, to the last song, this album is a winner. A must for rock history buffs.
