It is a good CD of great music but not as relaxing as it makes you believe. A few selections wake me as I am relaxing(of course I bought these to sleep to)so they are good but what's next best in the universe? If you want to relax not sleep this is the CD for you, both vol 1 and vol 2 are equal in the content. Free Music Review: Pretty good selection.
