First, let me begin by saying that I accidentally listed this review for a similar CD, when it was meant for this one. So, if you read that already, please know I am not just copying, it was an error!
I don't know a lot about classical music, but I wanted a CD that would be relaxing and would highlight some of the more well known classical songs. Browsing on Amazon, I cam across this CD and previewed the songs and loved it! Since it arrived in the mail, it is all I listen to! It is so very relaxing. I tend to have a little road rage at times, so I play it in the car and feel very relaxed. It really does seem to melt my troubles away. If you don't know much about classical music but want something relaxing that will help you learn some of the more famous songs, this CD is for you. Actually, this CD is for anyone! I am so glad I bought it, and it is great for a first timer like me. Don't hesitate...buy it now. You will be glad you did. I love it so much that I am previewing again...(left my CD's in the car!).

I had the privilege to listen to this CD at a client's home one afternoon while doing a 90 minute massage. It was wonderful! This was my first opportunity to get to amazon to buy this CD and I'm thrilled to be the first to tell how great this CD is. I've only heard one of the two CDs and the one I listened to was nearly 75-80 minutes long. Every tract sounded very clear with no backgroung noise. You won't be disappointed!! If you feel tense or stressed, listening to these selections will calm your nerves and renew your spirit. From tract to tract, each has mind easing flow that can help enable you to relax your breathing and clear your thoughts. You will be filled with serenity and peace. In my profession I have listened to many different types of relaxing and classical variations of compositions so I can tell you that you will not regret buying this collection of music.Free Music Review: Excellent selection!

This CD compilation lives up to its titled billing: it IS the most relaxing classical music in the universe! A caveat, however: consider the source of this opinion. My classical music background derives from a single music appreciation class at LSU-Baton Rouge in 1972--in which I made a B. (A bunch of LSU band kids were in there, though, and they drove up the grading curve.) However, I've attended a few symphonies in my time, and I do think this is a superb product for the generally uninformed but appreciative listener such as myself.Free Music Review: Greatly enjoy!

I first developed a taste for this music a number of years ago when my daughter started playing in the orchestra. The reason I made this purchase however, was because I have a great deal of difficulty with anxiety and I was looking for ways to find help. I love these CDs. I was not really a classical music fan but I am now. I purchased this cd for my 14 year old grand-daughter, not knowing we would both enjoy the music so much. She has always enjoyed classical music along with all of the other teen music, rap, rock, country, etc.
Also, it really helped being able to listen to parts of the music before purchasing.
