I just bought it today actually. I didn't have enough for the movie on DVD, so I bought the soundtrack, and it was worth it! That Jerry Goldsmith is a genius! A fully-charged orchestral score (don't believe the rather odd Editorial Review above which claims it is synth-led - the reviewer doesn't seem to have actually listened to the album) which showcases everything that is so good about Jerry Goldsmith. "The Mummy" is, in my opinion, one of the best action scores ever written for the movies. But, there's a magnificent love theme also. That's a pity that the new generation of film composers has not the same talent of Goldsmith or Williams.
