Free Music Notes for Life After Death

Free Music Review: the notorious awesome
Hit: 4 Stars

the notorious biggie is a rapper from new york. he is aparently known for a great flow. i found out his real name is Christopher George Latore Wallace! did u know his favorite movie is the lion king? his first album was called a classic by many so lets see how his second album LIFE AFTER DEATH measure up.
this CD was released by world famous raper PUFF DADDY. it was about the same time as somethign called COAST BEEF. if u dont know what that was, it was EAST coast rap VS wEST coast rap. (it turns out the DIRTY SOUTH won LOL). PUFFY also produced the beats while BIGGIE is on the mic. the beats are a bit stale for my likings.
BIGGIEs favorite things to rap about are crime and money. yep that right, he has been to jail too! unfortunately he cant rap about much else and it gets a bit old after a while. maybe next time try rapping about other things. my suggestions: drugs, BBQ, knives, gunfights, money...the list goes on. his flow can also be annoying sometimes he stops and starts a lot. BIGGIE is also acused of dumbing down his lyrics and being a jiggy rapper. i think he is ok but not as good as the rap we have today.
his flow is pretty good but was done way better by tupac. i almost fell asleep.
btw its a double cd so its like 2 albums for teh price of 1.
its only a matter of time before notorious B.I.G (BIGGIE) blows up for the west coast. this guy has paid his dues and he gonna be the next big thing so get onboard now!. stay up, braaaa. i recomend you buy this right away!

Free Music Review: One Of The Best Ever!
Hit: 5 Stars

Biggies Life After Death is easily one of the best hip hop/rap albums of all time maybe second only to Tupacs All Eyes On Me. From top to bottom on both disc all of the songs are nearly flawless, it never gets old. Big only made two albums but with those albums he became one of the kings of rap if he had more time he may have become the greatest.

Free Music Review: very, very good

Free Music Review: More Good Stuff from a Big Man
Hit: 5 Stars

With 2 discs, Life After Death gives the listener a lot of material by Biggie. Some reviewers criticize this as having some weaker stuff and annoying guest appearances, but I think that's just a function of having a bigger album. Some stuff inevitably will not be as good as the rest. And I think the guest appearances are fine. Lil Kim spews off a foul mouth on one track, but that's what she does in her own stuff. Anyway, there's lots of great raps on her. The album's a bit slicker and more produced, lacking some of the edge of Ready to Die, but I think things as a whole work very well. While maybe not quite as awesome, on a song by song basis, as Ready to Die, this album definitely has enough quality material for the 5 stars. The best raps:

Hypnotize
Kick in the Door
I Love the Dough
Mo Money Mo Problems
Another
Going Back to Cali
The World is Filled
