I wouldn't exactly call this a complete compilation of all the best music from each "Rocky" movie, because it's almost completely from "Rocky IV." For the most part the songs are good (I could do without "Living In America"), but it does make a good CD to work out to and is very motivating. In my opinion it's way too short, so I took the liberty of making my own mix which I feel much more satisfied with:

Starts off strong, slows down and gets depressing, picks up the pace again stronger, then ends the same way the series did.

I am only 14 but I have loved Rocky forever. My dog is named Rocky too. So I have made a Rocky Work-Out CD that has in my opinion the best songs of the Rocky Movies. 1.Ivan Drago(before Apollo Creed Fight(IV)) 2. The Final Countdown (IV) 3. The Final Bell (I) 4. Going the Distance (I) 5. Go For It (V) 6. War (IV) 7. Training Montage (IV) 8. Burning Heart (IV) 9. Hearts on Fire (IV) 10. No Easy Way Out (IV) 11. Gonna Fly Now (I) 12. Eye of the Tiger (III) 13. Gonna Fly Now Remix 14. The Sweetest Victory (IV).As you can see Rocky IV is my favorite and the music from it is the best. It pumps you up and sooths the soul at the same time. Rocky III is good too. Rocky V [stinks]. Though they are making a Rocky VI for June 2004. If you dont have Kazaa or a CD burner I would recomend this Cd. IF you do then make a better one. And make it longer.

As a major fan of all the "Rocky" movies, I always enjoyed the outstanding soundtracks that went along with the movies. This CD captures it all. All those great hits from all the "Rocky" movies are here, on this one CD. All the classics from Survivor, Robert Tepper, John Cafferty and The Rocky Orchestra. Most notably the greatest songs on this CD are the songs "Gonna Fly Now" from the first "Rocky" movie in 1976, "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor, "No Easy Way Out" by Robert Tepper and "Hearts on Fire" by John Cafferty.
For all of those "Rocky" fans out there, this collection of the soundtracks into one is the ultimate soundtrack to truly capture the story of the Itallian Stallion. This soundtrack explains it all, the story of a true People's Champion, Rocky Balboa.
