Free Music Review: Strokes of brilliance.

Wow! They sure don't make music like this anymore. The Stylistics were an incredible group, and they released some of the most romantic (and heartbreaking) songs ever recorded. "You Make Me Feel Brand New" is one of those slow jams that can make even the hardest of hearts believe in love, while "You Are Everything" still sounds gorgeous after all these years. My only gripe? "Stop, Look, and Listen to Your Heart" is not on this collection, but that's a small inconvenience when you consider the other brilliant tracks that ARE here. Fans of the old school won't need my recommendation to get this disc, and younger listeners should definitely pick this one up.Free Music Review: Mother plays this a whole lot.

My mother sang track 2 in front of a whole audience solo when she was about 9. It was during the age of people like this that she got to know many famous stars, like the Wayans Bros. and all that. She even won in this "Wonderama" event. These people have put out some pretty damn good numbers, like my personal favorite (being the opener), "Betcha By Golly Wow," and "You Are Everything." True, some other tracks aren't too good (Mother particularly misses "I got a letter....."), but no matter. I would love to hear Andrea Bocelli, my favorite singer, sing "You Make Me Feel Brand New" someday, which I very much doubt he will. END.Free Music Review: Plug and play collection of classic songs

with performances of the same superior quality. I did not realize how many great songs the Stylistics had recorded until I purchased this CD. It's absolutely awesome. Of course you have all the classic ballads like Betcha By Golly Wow, You Make Me Feel Brand New, You Are Everything, and my all time favorite Break Up to Make Up. Then there's classic mid tempo cuts like Stone in Love With You. Just a smooth all around disc.Since I was too young too remember the Stylistics at their most popular point I can't say whether or not that this is a definitive collection but what I can say with certainty is that you can't go wrong with this disc.

Well for a kid thats only 17 years old this music is probably a bit outta time for him, but not me, i like this group, they represent everything good about music, they sing from the heart, and they sing because they like to. I know kids my age are suppose to listen to stuff like rap, heavy metal and all that, but i don't like that stuff, The music in the 70's were good because 1. they didn't have to use obscene words to sell their records, 2. their songs actually mean something. Well anyways, this is a great cd, pick it up if your into this type of stuff.Free Music Review: WONDERFUL!!!!!

ALL, I CAN SAY IS THAT I LOVE THIS WHOLE CD. I LOVE ALL OF THE STYLISTICS MUSIC. THEY MADE GOOD MUSIC IN THE 70'S AND THIS MUSIC IS LOVED BY NEW GENERATIONS AND MANY TO COME. IT JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT GOOD MUSIC IS HERE TO STAY AND I HAVE TO SAY THIS; SOME OF THESE NEW SCHOOLERS NEED TO SIT BACK A TAKE SOME NOTES FROM THESE GUYS; BECAUSE THESE GUYS SHOW HOW IT NEEDS TO BE DON AND HOW IT SHOUD BE DONE. THEREFORE, IF YOU ENJOYED THE STYLISTICS IN THE 70'S AND IF YOU LIKD OLD SKOOL MUSIC THEN THEREFORE I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY THIS CD.
