I am a huge fan and have been critical with previous greatest hits albums that have been released by the Who...but with this one...I have no complaints...Just praise!

The Who don't have any talent. They are overrated, and only made 1 decent song in Wont Get Fooled Again. Avoid this lousy compilation and get Dire Straits Making Movies insted.Free Music Review: Ultimate Collection lives to it's name.

I'm 15 and a MAJOR Who fan. I basically live off The Who and their music. Pete Townshend was the reason I started playing my guitar.
I admit though, this was not the first CD I popped into my CD player. This CD was probabley the 6th but I was blown away by it.
It has all the Who's major radio hits excluding Slip Kid and Athena. (Atleast our radio station plays Slip Kid...)
It's extremley good for the begining fan who only knows their radio hits or only Tommy. (Though just buy Tommy if you know it!)
It covers all The Who's albums. From My Generation to It's Hard(My favorite).
The only thing is that they should have included more tracks from Quadrophenia and The Who By Numbers.
All and all, this is an amazing album. The pictures of the band are beautiful.
I will recomend this to my friends who are getting into The Who and to anyone who wants to discover why I obsess about this awesome and powerful band.

This CD is a must for any Who fan, as well as being a great overall introduction to this groundbreaking band's music. I initially bought it for my husband (a BIG Who fan), but I have really grown to enjoy it. I've even been listening to it myself when he's not with me!
