Free Music Notes for Tommy (1975 Film)Free Music Review: Hey..What Happened ? Hit: 5 Stars
After having recently seen the movie again (4/07) on cable television, I caught something that is missing. On my soundtrack CD, the song, "Eyesight to the Blind", has all the verses being sung by Eric Clapton...In the film, the verse, 'She's got the power to heal you, never fear', is sung by Arthur Brown as he shows the icon of Marilyn Monroe to the people receiving communion(a Tulenol and a shot of Johnny Walker Red Label Scotch). I want my Arthur Brown ! Come On !
Free Music Review: Au Contraire! Hit: 5 Stars
This soundtrack is great BECAUSE of the bad singing! How can you NOT love Oliver Reed lurching and swaggering his way through a song? The "tone deaf" reviews were written by people from the midwest. Drop us a line when "irony" makes its way out there, will ya?
Free Music Review: amazing! Hit: 5 Stars
this album is absolutely amazing, I couldn't go without listening to this, it really represents the movie without even having to watch it. I would reccomend buying this without a doubt.
Free Music Review: Excellent! Hit: 5 Stars
Pete Townshend's classic performed by The Who, Tina Turner, Eric Clapton Elton John, Ann-Margaret, and Jack Nicholson. Doesn't get much better than that! The movie is awesome too.
Free Music Review: Better than the original Hit: 5 Stars
I listened to the movie soundtrack after years of hearing only the Who original and I could feel the sparks coming out of the speakers. Amazing experience.
