Thievery Corporation's Cosmic Game was recommended to me by a friend that said I would like it. He was absolutley wrong...I LOVE, not like, this CD. Amazing, calming and very eclectic-type sounds. Perfect to help get you through a hectic work day and not crazy enough to get the person in the office next to yours upset with you for rockin out to the many international influences incorporated into the tracks--in fact, they just might join you!Free Music Review: Awesome.

Thievery Corporation delivers again, after their last true album 'The Richest Man in Babylon'. In my opinion, this beats Babylon, it's so smooth, tracks flow into each other, and the music is very very diverse, and psychadelic/hypnotic as one would come to expect after seeing the cover. What's not to like? This is my favorite TC album. The combo of "The Heart's a Lonely Hunter" (featuring David Byrne) followed by "Holographic Universe" is worth the price of admission to me. "Doors of Preception" is a great song to jam along with if you play. Sonically, it's a very well-balanced recording. I wish CDs sounded this good 20 yrs ago!

After all the reviews on this album I was kinda reluctant to buy
it, but I am glad I did. I love all of their work. Some of the beats are a little repetitive but that's ok. They are definately masters at what they do. I really liked the vocals this time around as well. Thanks Thievery, keep the good laid-back tunes comin'. I will support.

One word to say about this CD....SOUND!.......just listen to the sound....nobody's doin'it like Thievery...it's just fantastic! Iam so glad i bought this CD....i personnally have all their CDs and i just love them.!!! people coming at my house often say: what the hell is that music? it's really groovy!!! Give me the name of this group!!!!
