Free Music Notes for Aliens Ate My BuickFree Music Review: I am so happy I found this. Hit: 5 Stars
I worked in a car stereo store as a salesman when this CD was released. I listened to it over and over on the displays. One day my car was brokenn into and this CD was stolen with other items. I tried to find it, with no luck. One day I was in a large record store and found the CD! it was $35.00! I bought it only because I loved it so much. The high price was do to it being an import. Well, low and behold, I lost it again. I tried looking online a few times, with no luck.
Not too long ago, I tried Amazon, and there she was! And at a low price to boot. I am now reunited with my beloved disc and will never leave it out of my site. Thanks Amazon, you have it all, and you have it going on!
Free Music Review: Another One Hit Wonder That Deserves So Much More Hit: 5 Stars
I love everything about this album, every song is catchy and hook filled with brilliant lyrics full of wit and wisdom.. The lyrics and music are so much cooler then "She Blinded Me Wth Science" for every single song and everyone else ignores this brilliant album and makes "She Blinded Me Wth Science" a hit. That song is the only flaw for the awesome album The Golden Age Of Wireless for my tastes. If you find treasures buried in this pop culture wasteland then Aliens Ate You Buick and The Golden Age Of Wireless will never leave your turn table.
Free Music Review: Budapest by Blimp Hit: 5 Stars
I bought the album on cassette when it first appeared in the late 80s. To start with, "Budapest by Blimp" is the real keeper on this CD, however, the whole album is very strong. My only complaint would be that it sounds a wee bit dated (obviously an 80s album), but just take it with a grain of salt and enjoy this enormously talented artist. The CD opens with the rocking "The Key to her Ferrari" and just gets better from there.
Free Music Review: He had me from Airhead Hit: 5 Stars
When I first heard 'Airhead' on the radio, I was hooked. This entire album is just plain fun to listen to. I have other favorite Dolby albums, but this one ranks as my all time favorite. I am deep into 'Pulp Culture' and 'My Brain is like a Sieve'. (My wive often hears me quote dolby lyrics.) Great album!
Free Music Review: A Perfect Pop Album Hit: 5 Stars
This album is a wonderful combination of intelligence, funkiness, and great production. "May The Cube Be With You" is one of the best P-Funk songs not cut by Parliament / Funkadelic themselves, "Hot Sauce" (which was supposed to be on a George Clinton solo album) is another highlight.
