Thoroughly Modern Millie is one of my favorite cds. The songs are jazzy and fun to sing to--whether you like to croon or belt. The lyrics are clever and the music is snappy. The actors and actresses are perfectly cast and prove that they have fun while singing. I saw this show presented at the Tonys and immediately rushed out to order the cd. If you like catchy music that is up-beat and a blast to sing to, you should try listening to Throroughly Modern Millie.Free Music Review: Hear first see later

I saw the movie when i was little and i saw musical not long ago. i loved it and i would totally recomend people to buy this CD sutten foster's voice is like an angel... the music is beautiful,and i love the song that sheryll lee ralph sang ... her voice is so powerfull it makes me emotional...the best thing about buying this CD is that if you dont have time to see the show ..you will get the whole story just by listening to this CD! merdeka!Free Music Review: I would give this more stars...maybe 100???!!!

This CD was worth the purchase. I had bought this CD not really knowing anything about Broadway or the show itself. After listening to it a few times, I became addicted. The music from the jazzy, upbeat Broadway musical comedy just makes you want to get up and dance. Sutton Foster's show-stopping performance of "Gimme Gimme" on the CD just blew my mind away. I would recommend this to everyone, whether you like Broadway or not.Free Music Review: Not a single weak link in this cast!

The thing that struck me the most about this recording is that there is not a single bad casting choice or weak link. Sutton Foster is positively luminous as Millie, Marc Kudisch is hysterically stiff as Trevor Graydon, Gavin Creel is adorable as Jimmy and Harriet Harris is fabulously evil as Mrs. Meers. If you're looking for an old fashioned musical with a contemporary sensibility, this is definitely one you should pick up.

I Love this CD!!!! Sutton Foster has one of the most amazing voices. Though I haven't seen Thoroughly Modern Millie on broadway yet (I do plan to sometime), I have seen Sutton perform Grease, which by the way she was great in that also!!! I heard her perform a song from "Millie" at the Tonys which persuaded me to by the CD! I recommend this CD to anyone who is a broadway fan. You defintely won't be disappointed, I assure you!!!!
