Great album, and more of the familiar Tim McGraw that everyone knows and loves! He's just like homemade southern fried chicken and mashed potatoes-down-home and comfortable. Kind of ironic that he sang a song (Between the River and Me) about an abusive stepfather-it seems to mirror his own childhood. Anyway, great album and definitely worth buying!Free Music Review: Tim's done it again!

I ALMOST didn't buy this cd based on some of what was being said on the first reviews. I'm SO GLAD that I went with my gut and bought it anyway. If you love Tim McGraw, you will love this cd just as much as every other one he has done, he just gets better and better. Now I have this CD here and I like it very much.
I like the way all the songs feel like he is talking to me. I can relate to all most all of his songs.

this is country, through and through. I adore Tim at his worst. This is more like his best. Great song choices. Tim with his twang back, not mixed out by the studio. Heck yeah.
