Free Music Notes for Live Like You Were Dying

Free Music Review: decent album, but not the best
Hit: 4 Stars

I bought this cd a couple of days ago and I enjoyed listening to it a lot. It's not surprising it got Tim another grammy on his shelf. 'Live like you were dying' was beyond a shadow of a doubt the best song released in 2004 and is enough reason to buy this cd. The rest of the album is pretty decent but not as good as one could have expected after his last album 'tim mcgraw'. The opening track 'how bad do you want it' is another highlight, quite simmilar to 'good man' on his previous cd. 'Old town new' is also a quite strong outing. Lyrically it's very strong and Tim's vocal performance blows previous reviewers who claim the guy can't sing right out of the water. The obvious centerpiece of this record is however live like you were dying. Like I said the best record of last year and the best song in Tim's catalogue. All in all it's a decent album but not his best.

One more thing, why do people who obviously don't like country spend their money on these albums only to come here and complain how they wasted their money? If you don't like country, why are you reviewing country albums here?

Free Music Review: Another great CD
Hit: 5 Stars

I have been happy with every Tim McGraw CD and this one is no different. It's easy to listen too and has some tracks that are a bit differnt for him. Happy listening.

Free Music Review: augghh
Hit: 1 Stars

this little girl and the rest of the country music babies are sappy fools. if you want southern culture, listen to bluegrass.

Free Music Review: Excellent Masterpiece!
Hit: 5 Stars

This is a great Tim Mcgraw CD. It is more personal, even though he doesn't write the songs you can feel he does believe in the songs and that some may even slightly mirror his life. Each song on this CD is wonderfully made and will take you into a whole new world. Some songs make me laugh (such as back when) to songs that make me teary eyed (such as live like you were dying) and although I stated the two singles from this CD those are actually mediocre songs compared to the rest of the CD. This CD is for any old Tim fan and for any person who likes the new songs on the radio if you like the singles you will be impressed by the rest of this CD!

Free Music Review: He can't sing
Hit: 1 Stars

I have nothing against Tim McGraw as a person. He's a nice looking bloke and he seems to be a nice person. That said, the guy can't sing. He sounds as bad as Nelly does in the song "Over and Over". I can sing better than McGraw and that's not saying much. I'm not going to criticise McGraw's lyrics because most country songs are drenched with hilarious lyrics worse than anything Justin Timberlake can muster in his tiny brain. Tim McGraw should step over and let people with real talent hog the spotlight!
