I am 36 and my sister is 41 and we absolutely ADORE this one. We remember all of these from our childhood and it brought back so may wonderful memories. Bing Crosby, Dean Martin - we played my parents' "albums" over and over at Christmas and are so happy to each have this in our homes. I am so glad these songs were a part of my childhood. Love this collection of Christmas music. I also purchased the 2nd Volume of Time-Life Treasury of Christmas, but I like this a little better. These CD's are great to play as background music or music to actively listen to. Wonderful variety of different types of songs, yet nostalgic. This CD has a good selection of traditional Christmas songs from the original artists that I remember from my childhood. You know, when it was still OK to say "Merry Christmas" to someone on the street. I played this CD and the other Time-Life Christmas CD all December long.
