I knew from the reviews that this would be a powerful CD and therefore a powerful ally on my weight loss journey and it definitely is! Before I purchased it I did some research on Tina's website and found that she is a phenomenal Holistic Practitioner. She has a host of credentials in Hypnotherapy as well as a strong Spiritual and healing foundation. Tina's voice gently guides me into a restful state where I am receptive to her suggestions, which are imbedded with wisdom, intelligence and spirit.
She guides me through the topic of body image allowing me to release society's false ideas about size 2 (or whatever) being normal and gives me the choice as to what is real and true for me. She guides me through many major weight loss and health generating topics like, choosing to eat whole, natural foods, loving to move my body, releasing old eating programs that no longer serve me and always gives the choice back to me, allowing me to decide and choose the body that I want.
I have listened to other CD's of this type but this one is THE BEST! Since I started to listen to it four weeks ago I have done a 5 day detox and cleanse with no sense of denial. I am walking 2 miles, 4 days a week and I have incorporated more organic fruits and veggies into my diet and it is a pleasure. I have decided and I am creating the body I want! And I am loving it! Thanks Tina!
PS, There is some awesome music at the end of the CD. It sounds like tribal drums, maybe Pow Wow, very upbeat & spiritual. I Love it and wish I know where I could find more of it.
