This cd is empowering and beautifully executed. It would be beneficial to anyone - even those who do not struggle with weight management issues but anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle. I also purchased a copy of this cd as a gift for a friend who was having a huge struggles with weight loss and also other addictive problems. Since I began listening to Tina's CD, I am making healthy and better choices about what I eat. Tina's voice is very soothing and healing. I bought Tina's weight management CD and have been very satisfied with the contents. It is soothing and relaxing - but more importantly, the visualizations are realistic in nature and lead you to be happy with yourself. The CD helped me realize that I CAN make good choices when it comes to food. I have also come to understand that being overweight is often a symptom of something deeper. Getting in touch with that part of myself is beginning to happen.
