This helped me to think about my body with love and be proud of who I am.

if you feel good then you can do anything.
It will make you smile and have a positive attitude
Isnt that all we really want. Yes I want to lose
weight. but if I can be happy and relaxed after listening
to this, then thats half the battle.

I am not a person who was struggling with any weight issues but I found the CD to be useful for relaxation and stress management. It very much resembled the one on one sessions I have had with Tina. I believe that one who is struggling with weight issues could very well benefit from the CD and the messages delivered within it.
