Free Music Notes for 35 Biggest Hits [2 CD]Free Music Review: Biggest and the Best Hit: 5 Stars
I had only played Toby Keith's 35 Biggest Hits album for the first time and it was already among my favourite CDs. I hadn't heard a lot of his older songs and so I found the first CD on the double disk album a completly new experience and I loved every song I heard! While disk one is more ballady and from the 90's era, disk two is more of the recent funnier songs. I couldn't believe it was only around $11.99 USD (which came to about the same AUD at this time) and I would have payed that much just for the new single on there 'She's a Hottie' which I dare anyone to listen to and not be inspired to dance.
It's a great CD to have for parties or for one long Toby indulgence. I can't stop playing it and think it's a great price!
If you're not huge on his music, it's worth it just for the photos inside the booklet ;)
If you're already a fan, you'll love it. If you're not, then it's a great way to introduce you to this country superstar's music.
Free Music Review: BIG COLLECTION low price Hit: 5 Stars
This is an excellent collection at a low price. The 35 tracks contain the majority of his hits from 1993 on. We can always quibble over what should have been included or excluded or if She's a Hottie should be included. However, there is over two hours of solid Toby Keith hits on two CDs for under forty cents a song. That is real value and a hard buy to pass up. Unless you have not listened to music since the 1990s, you have heard one of these songs. A number of them are radio standards and will stay on the radio play lists for years. Unless you can't stand the new Nashville sound, this is a great collection of songs that you will listen to again & again.
Free Music Review: TOBY AT HIS BEST Hit: 5 Stars
This is an awesome collection of songs from Toby Keith. The first CD is what made him famous and the second is who he is now. Not real fond of the Mockingbird song though, but it is sung with his daughter so that's kind of cool. All of these songs sound great and there are also some extended versions as well like "A Woman's Touch". I had not heard this version until now and it sounds a lot better than the radio version. To sum it up, if you are a Toby Keith fan buy this now and if you are not a fan, well give it listen and you might change your mind.
Free Music Review: Great CD but if it was going to have all his hits up 'til A Little Too Late it should have had these 4 also: Hit: 5 Stars
1998 #40 "Double Wide Paradise" (on Dream Walkin')
1999 #44 "If a Man Answers" (on Greatest Hits Volume 1)
1999 #44 "When Love Fades" (on How Do You Like Me Now?!)
2002 #13 "Rock You Baby" (on Unleashed)
Still a great CD and I agree they shouldn't have edited Who's That Man but I have they original CD so it doesn't bother too much. Still sold my 2 Greatest Hits CDs and got enough to upgrade to get this.
It would have been nice to put Santa, I'm Right Here on this set as a bonus since that's also a great song.
Free Music Review: Bought as a gift. Hit: 5 Stars
I have never been a huge Toby Keith fan, however, my Mom wanted this cd for Christmas. After listening to it with her, I have a much better appreciation for Toby's talent. His songs are stories set to music and this cd has many of his best hits on it. My favorite is American Soldier. It really touches me every time I hear it and helps me to continue to remember our men and women who are fighting for our freedom everyday. Overall, the rest of the songs on this cd are also excellent and I would recommend it.
