Free Music Review: Secret revealed: FANTASTIC!

Wow! I simply adore this album. This album has complimented Toni's vocals so well, where they oooze sensuality and raw abilites. And even though nearly all the songs were written by LA Reid/Babyface/ and the array of her songwriters; Toni gives them credit where credit is DUE (in the thank you's cd jacket); which makes here an honourable artist. And the team obviously chose Toni to sing THEIR songs for good reason. I stole this album from my sister years ago, and bought her another copy cause it was sooo good. I have finally taken the initiative to record a review for this remarkable album. And I must add; giving this album a low rating due to incorrect grammar (Un-break my heart)- puh-leeease!! Check out a number of other artists using altered spellings and tell me wat u rate them based upon grammar?!?!

Come on over here: 4/5 Good start to the cd
Your makin me High: 3/5 A commercial success for Miss Braxton to the large audience, with cool sexual undertones. Good make out music
There's no me without u: 4.2/5 Good song. Vocals are strong and good.
Un-break my heart: 4.6/5 Showcasing her awesome range here. Was a fantastic success on commerical and adult contemporary charts. Loved the video clip with tyson. Damn he fine! And her afro... very nice
Talking in his sleep: 5/5 One of my favorites on the album. has her breathily speaking in song, and at times peaking those vocal chords up to the rafters. Good song to sleep away too. And cute way of catching your man out
How could an angel break my heart 4/5 Good song with the assistance of Kenny G. Singing low and then singing in her medium range.
Find me man: 6/5 MY FAVORITE SONG ON THE ALBUM!! It's not the best song for a single release, but this songs is tops. I like the build up in the song towards the end of the song. I find this song to be an empowering anthem, and have used these very lyrics to find me the right man for me.

Let it flow: 3/5 A track from the movie Waiting to exhale. I usually skip this song, i find it stale but the lyrics are meaningful.
Why should I care: 3.5/5 A good song. I like the lyrics, esdpecially the care free attitute "I'm doing my hair, why should I care"
I don't want to: 3.8/5 Average song, good melody
I love me some him: 5/5 I do liek this song. It flows beautifully and i belt this song out in the shower. And I like the wording of it, kinda dont make sense but it does, I love me? Some him.. Hmmmm
In the late of nite: 5.5/5 This song is the one that makes me crash out zzzzzzzz's.. This is the a beautiful musical pieces, and the use of the crickets in the background make it that more effective. Love it!
All round, this cd has given me a lot, and thanks to babyface for his lyrical poetry, simply fabulous!

Standard jewelcase.Well, it is a La Face record, so of course it has the Babyface stamp all over it--especially on "Let It Flow," also featured on his Waiting to Exhale soundtrack, and "There's No Me Without You." 'Face does step aside, however, to give other producers, songwriters, and artists their time with Miss Braxton, most notably R. Kelly, Diane Warren, Tony Rich, and Kenny G. R&B songbirds in their own right, Shanice Wilson and Chante Moore even show up on backing vocals. The album doesn't quite live up to this overdose of talent; it's too crammed with boring ballads (even if Braxton's low, husky vocals are perfectly suited for them, especially the wrenching watermark of the album, "Un-Break My Heart"). It's when she slips into a sultry groove on "Come On Over Here" and the smash single "You're Makin Me High" that she really shines. --Rebecca Wallwork
