Free Music Review: Album #"11" get's 4.5 stars -- another great $hort album

3 years after he tied up his boots with his "retirement" $hort is finally back with album 11 and lives true to his famous words "Don't Stop Rappin'", one of his better of the 9 $hort albums I own (he has 1 - 5 star classic, 4 - 4.5 star near classics, 2 - 4 star good albums and 2 - 3.5 star decent albums). With 16 songs, 4 are songs that $hort isn't on (the only bad ones on here) as he tries to showcase some "talent" on his return album. Of the 12 he's on, 1 is a classic, 3 are near classics, the other 8 are good or great songs. Of the 4 he isn't on, 1 is good, 2 are ok, 1 I Skip. Guests are on 6 of the 12 with $hort Dog and doing hooks on a few more so you don't get a great deal of the Oaktown Pimp but enough to satisfy his fans. Production is good. Quint Black does 4 songs, Mike D & Sonny B as well as Jazze Pha each do 2, and Jay Mac, Mo-Suave, Jermaine Dupri, Ant Banks, Lil Jon (who $hort discovered in Atlanta), Erick Sermon, Taj Tilgham and Oxygen all do 1 song. A great rap album for his fans or fans of old-school funky rap to have.

#11 - 9.5 (great dirty song he wrote in 1984 -- about flat booty girls)

I have listened to Too $hort since I can remember. Too $hort is the man, he knows how to rap and he is not afraid to tells it like it is. When our generation is in the old folks home, and pull out than old box of memories we will find his cd and start rememberen all the good and the bad times we had back in the dayz. I have to tell you about this one time I was listening to him. I was supose to be in school but I skiped that day I was comeing back from my boyz house and I totaled my parents new car and the last thing I remember when I relized what happened Too $hort was still playen in the totaled car.Free Music Review: The Too Short came out on top again!

Alright, I'm a a Too Short fan, right? I got the bootleg of Can't Stay Away and it's hella bumpin'. I knew Too Short was going to come with all of his rhymes hella tight. The best songs I think are best from the album is: Can't Stay away(with hella bump), Don't Stop Rappin', Freaky Tales, What happend to the Gruopies?, Invasion of The Flat Booty Bitches, and You Might get geed (with Daz and E-Fotey). I'm from Oakland and I'v been waiting for this to come out. A friend of mine let me hear the album but would not tape it for me for legal reason's and I wanted to girp him for it. This album is on hit and when it comes out it's mine. It's clasic Too $hort to the "T" and like he said "I got 3 platnum albums and you still call me weak just because I don't sale records in the east" the east needs to get up on this. I waited forever for this damn cd to come out, he pushed back the release one too many times. Although I didn't like to wait it was well worth it. You can definitely bump this album everywhere you go. $hort is excellent on the album and I like his songs with JayZ and Eightball and MJG. The bonus track is pretty tight too, but why those four songs from unrealesed artists?? Replace it with four more tracks of you $hort.
