Totico in fine, outstanding (as usual) form here. Joined by some of the most incredible guys around NYC too. Puntilla (Orlando Rios) included as well. Words just don't do this justice, but these are typical street-corner guys from el barrio, doing what they do best...be it guaguanco, doo-woop, or anything else they set out to do. Another great album by the master Cuban rumbero Eugenio Arango, Totico. Listen to Totico's great singing in "A una mamita" and "Mil Gracias". Some of the best rumba percusionsts from New York city are here too: Orlando Rios "Puntilla", Gene Golden and Jerry Gonzalez. Encarnacion Perez voice work on "Noche Cubana" is also great. Highly recommended.
