All true country fans will love each and every cut from "Comin' On Strong"...Trace brings his roughneckin' roots mixed in with his long lonely nights out on the road to this entire COUNTRY (with a capital C) album...he was breakin my heart with "Then Came the Night and takin me back to lean, tough times of my own with his "I'd sure Hate to Break Down Here". The topper was after thinkin' it just couldn't get any better than "Hot Mama" Trace gives us "Rough & Ready"...yeh Trace you do rock us steady! This is my 2nd review, guess my first one didn't make the cut.This CD is awesome. We needed a CD full of love songs and Trace DIDN'T let us down.
This CD is country music at its finest but it has a rock & roll edge. If you aren't a Trace Adkins fan yet buy this CD and you will after you listen to Trace's rich, sexy baritone voice.
I have listened to this CD countless times and I like it more & more each time I hear it.
THANKS TRACE FOR A JOB WELL DONE...
I got the pre ordered CD and then went and got another one. You can never have enough Trace.

Trace Adkins has always been a strong force to be reconed with.But On his new Cd Comein On Strong that force has gotten even Stronger.My usband and I both agree this is his best work yet.My Husband even bought his own copy for in his Truck.The Song Then Came The Night andOne Of Those Nights exude love and sensuality.Rough And ready is a Down Home Good Ole Boy theme song.Then I wake Up and One NightStand are 2 Great Country Love Gone Wrong />This Cd Has it all .

I've listened to this cd twice now and feel that it has to be one of Trace's best works yet. He makes you feel these ballads when he sings them. You can feel the heartache in "One Nightstand" and the sexual exuberance in "One Of Those Nights". Then just when you think he's done all he can do, he comes on with "Rough & Ready" and makes you want to just get down and rock and roll. Each song will touch someone differently and that what makes this cd such a prize. I'm definately glad I ordered this cd and it will be in my player a long time.Free Music Review: "Comin' On Strong"

This is probably the best that Trace has ever done. If you want to know the life he has led and the dues he has paid, then listen to this album. "Missing You" takes you back to his days on the oil rigs, while songs like "Then I Wake Up" take you through the pain of a failed relationship, and course we won't go into what songs like "One of Those Nights" and "Hot Mama" bring to mind! If you really want to know the real Trace Adkins, just listen to how "Strong" he really is!
