Each song talks about real life and what people go through.. not a candy coated world all the time. The heart ache of missing someone, to the passion of loving someone. The CD has it all! This is probably the best that Trace has ever done. If you want to know the life he has led and the dues he has paid, then listen to this album. "Missing You" takes you back to his days on the oil rigs, while songs like "Then I Wake Up" take you through the pain of a failed relationship, and course we won't go into what songs like "One of Those Nights" and "Hot Mama" bring to mind! Trace just gets better and better with each album! This takes you back to the earlier Trace, the 'heart and soul' music that we learned to love way back when there was a girl in Texas and every light was on...He's growing as an artist and finally being appreciated for the talent that we fans have known and appreciated for so long. You will need to hold on because "Comin' On Strong" takes you on an emotional rollercoaster. "Hot Mama" shoots you right up to the top, while "Comin' On Strong" is the smoothest rolling song you've ever heard. While other tunes will dip you up and down, "Rough and Ready" will bring you to a screaching halt at the end of your ride and leave you ready to jump on the ride again and again.Free Music Review: Hot Papa
