I've always enjoyed Trace Adkins' music but had never bought any of his CD's. When I bought this I knew there were several songs I would enjoy, but there were others I'd never heard before so it was a bit risky. I love this CD! All of these songs seem to touch on such an emotional level, they truly are "Songs About Me"! I was also touched by his hit "Arlington" and salute Trace for recording a song to promote our soldiers and patriots. Lyrics are really good on all of the songs.Free Music Review: Get it

"Songs About Me" (the song) is an explanation of why country is getting bigger and bigger in this country. If you were confused by what Lee Ann Womack had to say at the CMA's, this song explains it. Every other song on this album is great too.
