Hare Krishna. George Harrison (oh how we miss him) has returned with all his musical friends for another appearance to the world as the Traveling Wilburys. This cd/dvd set is a MUST for your library. The videos alone are worth the price of the set. The 80s gave us great music and musicians such as Pet Shop Boys and Culture Club... but the Wilburys are a shining star not only from the past but for our present. Thanks to Olivia Harrison for re-releasing the Traveling Wilburys CD's as well as this DVD set. The music is super -- even better than I remembered. For some reason which I can't remember, I never purchased the original recordings yet have been looking for these for years. Buy this set -- you won't be sorry. The songs are fabulous. How could they not be with George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison and friends? What talent. I couldn't be happier than I am to have found this amazing CD/DVD collection of this amazing group. I have always been a fan of all five of these performers individually and what a shame that Roy Orbison passed away as this group would have gone on to write and perform many more fantastic and amazing hit songs. I highly recommend this collection to anyone who loves great music of this era. WOW WHAT CDs AND DVD THIS IS. For the true music lover this is the one of the best CDs and DVD combos you can buy. To see and here the best musicians /good friends doing what they love to do best, Singing great songs. The DVD is great to watch you will not find these on VH1 or MTV, any more. If you're a fan of (the TRAVELING WILBURYS) like ME or if you have not herd them yet YOU will love them when you do, These CDs and DVD are a MUST HAVE for your music collection!!! Awesome collection, excellent sound quality, and beautiful package...The only disappointment is they had the great opportunity to add all the extra tracks, but missed the chance.. Missing are the 2 extended versions of "Handle With Care" and "End Of The Line" which should have been included. Also missing is the instrumental version of "New Blue Moon" that was on a CD single.. These are all out of print, and this would have been a grand slam if they were included on this set, and I am sure there was plenty of room to fit it... JIM B
