I really like this CD. If you are a Tritt fan, then you should own it. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because there are a few songs that seem to just be filler. This cd really is unlike most of the other CD's he's done, though. It's raw music as opposed to music designed for sales. Early in Tritts career, he put out some great music but it all seemed designed to sell. Now, it seems, he's just making music...and I think all of his fans will appreciate the gesture.
I think Tritt is at his best when he's singing music...not making an album. I also think that's exactly what he did with this...just played music.

Very disappointed with the new CD. It has more of a rock beat than country. There is a touch of blues on some of the songs, which isn't too bad. However, I would not recommend anyone to purchase this CD.Free Music Review: Great new release!

Great album! I'm enjoying all the tracks. Tritt has a solid voice and the songs are very good - not his all time best. Yet, he still proves he's got it. He just need more people to notice.Free Music Review: About Time!

Travis has been my favorite performer for quite some time and this is a sound I always wished to hear from him.
I was envisioning some Kenny Wayne Shepard bluesy influence throughout and then he finishes with his cover of Someday, somehow, somewhere. Excellent!
As a side note, if you ever have a chance to see him live, take it, as he is flawless live!
Two thumbs up for album and style, but a couple of the ballads are a little slow.
